Welcome to the Rhythm Within

The Rhythm Within, the term I have given to my business and the philosophy of stepping through this life by the beat of your own gut. 

After a lifetime of journaling, facebook-posting, and talking my friends’ ears off, I thought it time to enter the modern age. I feel like I was given a sharp eye for the intricacies of this life and the ability to put what I see to words. My hope is to collect here my thoughts, inspirations, and lessons learned about this crazy life and share them humbly with you.

  2. This is wonderful and generous of you Jonah. I will never forget the beautiful poem you wrote about my dad, your great Uncle Joe when he died. You have a great heart like he did and you do so much for other! So lucky to have you. 🧡
